How We Got the Client
LuxeLoom Furniture came to us after spending several months running Google Ads in-house with disappointing results. Despite a growing product catalog and strong brand aesthetics, their ads were eating through budget without delivering profitable returns. A mutual contact in the e-commerce space connected them to us after seeing results we had delivered for a similar home goods brand.
We ran a free audit of their existing Google Ads account and immediately identified several structural issues: broad keyword targeting that was attracting the wrong audience, product feeds with missing attributes, and landing pages that were not aligned with what the ads were promising. That audit report is what convinced them to bring us on.
What We Ensure in the Client Meeting
Before starting any paid advertising project, we run a structured onboarding meeting to align on goals, budget expectations, and measurement. For LuxeLoom Furniture, this meeting covered:
- ✓ A clear understanding of their most profitable product categories and margins
- ✓ Full access review: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and product feed
- ✓ Defining a target ROAS and acceptable cost per acquisition by product line
- ✓ Understanding their ideal customer profile and buying behavior
- ✓ Reviewing existing landing pages and identifying conversion gaps
- ✓ Agreeing that success would be measured in revenue and ROAS, not just clicks
For paid advertising especially, this step is critical. Without clear ROAS targets and margin data, it is easy to optimize for clicks that never turn into profitable sales. Getting this alignment upfront meant every campaign decision was grounded in real business numbers.
Project Overview
LuxeLoom Furniture is a premium e-commerce furniture brand selling sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and home accessories. The brand had a strong product range and a well-designed website, but their paid advertising was running at a loss, with a ROAS far below what was needed to sustain profitable growth.
The goal of the project was to rebuild their paid advertising from the ground up across both Google and Meta, cutting wasted spend, improving targeting, and turning paid ads into a reliable, scalable revenue channel across the entire product catalog.
Before Performance: Where They Started
Here is a snapshot of LuxeLoom’s paid advertising performance in the month before we began working together, covering their entire Google Ads and Meta Ads account, not any single campaign.

At this stage, LuxeLoom’s ad spend was generating revenue but not profit. Their Shopping campaigns had poorly structured product groups, their Meta campaigns were targeting overly broad audiences, and there was no conversion tracking set up correctly in GA4, making it impossible to know which campaigns were actually driving sales.
The Challenge
Before working together, LuxeLoom Furniture faced a set of problems common to premium e-commerce brands running paid ads without specialist management:
- ✓ Google Shopping campaigns with no product segmentation, mixing high and low margin items
- ✓ Meta Ads targeting audiences that were too broad, with high spend and low purchase intent
- ✓ No proper GA4 conversion tracking, making optimization blind
- ✓ Landing pages not aligned with ad messaging, leading to high bounce rates
- ✓ No A/B testing process, so ad creatives were never systematically improved
Our Strategy
We rebuilt LuxeLoom’s paid advertising across Google and Meta from the ground up, with every decision tied back to profitability targets agreed in the onboarding meeting.
- ✓ Google Ads Search & Shopping Campaigns
- ✓ Meta Ads Audience Targeting
- ✓ Conversion Tracking & GA4 Setup
- ✓ Landing Page Conversion Optimization
- ✓ A/B Testing & Ad Creative Optimization
- ✓ Monthly Performance Reporting
1. Google Ads Search & Shopping Campaigns
We rebuilt the entire Google Ads account structure, creating tightly segmented Shopping campaigns by product category and margin tier, and Search campaigns targeting high-intent buyer keywords, eliminating the broad, wasteful targeting that had been draining budget.
2. Meta Ads Audience Targeting
We restructured Meta campaigns into a full-funnel approach: prospecting campaigns targeting lookalike audiences built from actual purchasers, and retargeting campaigns serving highly relevant product ads to visitors who had already shown intent.
3. Conversion Tracking & GA4 Setup
We implemented proper GA4 e-commerce tracking with full purchase event data, so every campaign could be optimized based on actual revenue rather than clicks or sessions, and LuxeLoom could see exactly which products and campaigns were driving profitable sales.
4. Landing Page Conversion Optimization
We reviewed and improved the landing pages linked from ads, aligning messaging with ad copy, improving page speed, and adding stronger calls to action, reducing the gap between ad clicks and completed purchases.
5. A/B Testing & Ad Creative Optimization
We set up a systematic A/B testing process across ad headlines, descriptions, and creative assets on both Google and Meta, continuously replacing underperforming variations with the formats that were driving the highest ROAS.
6. Monthly Performance Reporting
Every month, LuxeLoom received a clear report covering ROAS, cost per conversion, and revenue by campaign and product category, so budget could be shifted toward what was working and away from what was not.
The Results: Before vs After
Within the engagement period, LuxeLoom Furniture saw significant, measurable improvement across their entire paid advertising account, not just isolated campaigns. Here is the direct before and after comparison.
| Metric (Account-Wide) | Before | After | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) | 1.4X | 5.6X | 4X improvement |
| Cost Per Conversion | Baseline | 41% lower | 41% reduction |
| Online Sales | 1X | 4.18X | 318% increase |
“We were spending on ads for months and barely breaking even. After the rebuild, our ROAS jumped to levels we had never seen before, and we finally had the data to understand exactly where our sales were coming from.” — LuxeLoom Furniture
Key Takeaway
LuxeLoom’s transformation came from treating paid advertising as a system, not a set of isolated campaigns: proper tracking to know what was working, tight campaign structure to reduce wasted spend, landing pages aligned with ad messaging, and continuous creative testing. For e-commerce brands in premium categories, this is what turns an unprofitable ad account into a scalable revenue engine.
